SHIPPING

At Ocean5 customer satisfaction is our priority and our aim is to handle every query individually and in a timely fashion. Whilst we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, we will happily offer a full refund or exchange in compliance with our returns policy.

 

All our orders are delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery times and prices are as follows:

 

Standard Delivery 3-5 working days: £3.50

Express Delivery 1-2 working days (order before 3pm): £6.50

International Delivery 5-7 working days: £10*

 

*NB: Our international delivery price does not include import duties or taxes which may be levied by the government of that particular county.

 

Once the order has been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.  Once you have received the dispatch email, we can no longer change the delivery address.

 

OUR RETURNS POLICY

 

We offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of placing your order.

 

If you would like to return an order, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) reference number from us within 14 days of receiving order.

 

We will offer an exchange or refund for all items that are returned to us unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in its original packaging. Any items with any indication of use will not be accepted. In such cases, we will return the item(s) to the purchaser.

 

For items purchased in the sale, we request that returns are sent back to us within 14 days of placing your order.

 

Please ensure you obtain your return authorisation number within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Any refunds will be re-credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card for the sum paid (less any taxes, duties and postal costs.)

 

As we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit, we would advise you to return items by registered post.

 

Please note that the postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

UK RETURNS

 

Please complete the return form included in your order and state the reason for your return. If an item is faulty please include further details.

 

You must send items to us within 14 days of being issued with a RMA reference number. Any returns sent after this period will only be accepted at the sole discretion of Ocean Slide5 Ltd and will only be refunded with a credit note that can be used both online and in-store. Please package the item and return it via your local Post Office.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 

Please follow these steps if you are returning item(s) to us from outside the UK:

 

1) Within seven days of receiving an item, you must obtain a RMA reference number by emailing us at the following address:

We will need your order reference number to issue the RMA, so please include that in your email.

 

2) Please complete the return form included in your order and state the reason for your return. If an item is faulty please include further details.

 

3) Please add the following address to the parcel and send back to us via your preferred shipper. We would recommend using a trackable service as returns are shipped at the sender’s risk.
